Welcome BMC Developer Connection members!
Welcome BMC Developer Connection members!BMC Developer Connection (DevCon) has been migrated to the BMC Developer Network (BMCDN). This document welcomes the new BMCDN members and includes first-time user instructions and other site information.

This document outlines the steps to register for the BMC electronic product download site and download Service Desk Express version 9.6.
This document is a reference guide for all BMC Service Desk Express (formerly Magic IT Service Support) products. It provides information on current and previous versions of the applications and products, as well as advance notification of End-of-Support or End-of-Life (EOL) milestones.
Promotional flyer for the BMC Developer Network that can be used by BMC employees, BMC partners, and others to promote the BMC Developer Network.
What's New
Securing BMC Product Documentation
Securing BMC Product DocumentationBMC has taken steps to restrict product documentation to customers and partners who have valid Support Contract IDs. When you request access to a product documentation page or document either directly (such as via a link on the BMCDN) or through the Support website you are prompted for a user ID and password.

This document attempts to help customers struggling with translating the CTI values from ITSM version 6 or lower (specifically Incident Management) into the Operational Categorization values in ITSM 7.
This Visio file is a companion file for use with the BMC Atrium CMDB Common Data Model PDF file. With this Visio file developers can use Microsoft Visio to track modifications and extensions made to the data model in their implementation.
With this release, BMC continues to invest in solutions for the mid-sized business, developing innovative new features, simplifying the user interface, and implementing new enhancements requested by customers.

This presentation covers developing and modifying BMC Remedy AR System applications. Learn why the traditional waterfall method of building BMC Remedy AR System applications results in higher costs, bigger risks, and systems that fail to meet customer needs. This presentation will be the kickoff for the weeklong events related to BMC Service Desk Express/Magic Service Desk customers.
